Date: Sunday, October 2, 2022 Time: 1:00pm - Gates Open 2:00-4:00pm - Singing Program Begins Location: Nymeo Field at Harry Grove Stadium Frederick, MD OPEN TO: Girl Scouts in ALL program levels Volunteers & Families (including tagalongs!)

Join us for Singing in the Park, celebrating 110 years of Girl Scouting. This joyous event will include an afternoon of fun, SWAPS, and singing with Girl Scouts friends from across the council. Together we will sing loud and proud Girl Scout favorites such as "Boom Chicka Boom" to "Make New Friends."

Every attendee will receive a patch and water bottle at the front gate upon entry.

EVENT NOTES

• All youth attending MUST be accompanied by an adult; This is NOT a drop off event.
  • ​Troops attending must follow the adult-to-girl ratio guidelines in Volunteer Essentials
• Parking is FREE
• Concessions will not be open during the event
• Outside food and drink are permitted inside the stadium
  • We recommend everyone pack snacks and/or a picnic lunch to enjoy
  • Water will be available at no cost to fill your water bottle
• Gates will open at 1:00pm
  • All attendees are encouraged to bring SWAPS to hand out and meet other Girl Scouts before the singing begins
• ​The Singing program will officially begin at 2:00pm

WHO CAN ATTEND?
All registered Girl Scouts, adult volunteers, and families, including tagalongs, are welcome to attend! All Girl Scout youth and adult members should be registered with a 2022-2023 membership. Any adults that do not have a membership for the 2022-2023 year are welcome to purchase a membership. More information on how to join can be found here.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE EVENT

• Click either the red or gray Register button seen on your screen
• If you have an existing Doubleknot account (campsite or equipment rentals), click Logon and enter your credentials
• If you don't have a Doubleknot account, click Create New User Profile
• Once logged in, enter in the total number of adults and youth
• Click Continue
• Complete the required fields
• Click Continue
• Proceed to checkout to complete and pay for the registrations
